Getting & Giving Feedback
WHEN: Saturday Jan 21, 2012 TIME: 1-3 PM
WHERE: Concordia Seminary 801 Seminary, Clayton, MO 63105. Weineken Hall Room 101.
Participants will be instructed in a variety of techniques for giving focused and beneficial feedback to use in Mentoring relationships as well as when working in the community as part of a team. The workshop will focus on the "how to’s" of feedback that is specific and issue-focused based on observation. This interactive workshop will provide the opportunity to practice the techniques and distinguish the difference between feedback, praise and criticism.
